Life's a funny thing

"...while one might, I suppose, wish for a bloom to remain in blossom, for a ripening grape to hang always on the vine - yearning John Keats made his own, for fleeting beauty and youth, the understandably hopeless hope that we might freeze our worlds better moments - the wave's (or Life's) plenitude is rather in the peeling of the petal, the very motion of the falling fruit."

Life's a funny thing, yes it is

Despite how hard or great each individual moment is, it progress endlessly toward another day, another thought, another moment. We do not know what awaits us that next moment, rather we hope for the best and prepare for the worst? Is this existence so stale?

I hate to say that this is the way I most often times live but alas the sad truth is that I often fear the future along with the rest of humanity. But, ALAS this is not my goal. Flesh, worldly things, and human conceived milestones fall by the wayside in compassion of the bright light of eternity. This hope is the sole hope for mankind. I believe that we have victory though the hard / painful moments in this life through the One God and experience part of His joy through joyful moments in this life....there's more than what appears on the surface.......

Anyways, The above picture is the Atlantic ocean, never been east of the Missippi before this last work trip took me to Florida. I will go to Maine next Monday, and later New York supposedly on some similar work trips to come.

My parents, the Original Fitches visited us in Bend here and we had a great fun time. It was sooo good to see them and talk about the loss we all experienced (read below if confused) and have fun with them. We did Central Oregon right and there's still much more to do.

Kallie came to spend some time with her sister and it was great. I was able to see her for a few days before she had to leave. After Kallie left, Jamie surprised me with a fun night on the lake Creek, a tributary to the Metoius River. We stayed in a little cabin on the water. If I could spend 100 years there, I would.

Welp, Jamie is at a fancy tea party with her firends and I got to go do something else.

Peace
