In the past three weeks we've had Zac and Mel come visit, celebrated those twins birthday, had some sweet birthday fun with friends, watched the Sisters Rodeo, had Jamies last day of school, traveled to CA for work, a wedding reception, and fathers day. Phew!

Mom and Dad Fitch- the cars were a hit as you can see! And Zac and Mel brought some bday gifts that were sweet as well- remote control helicopters! Rocky went crazy with the festivities and chased the cars and helicopters all over the house. On June 7th (the birthday) we went for a fishing trip up the cascade lake highway. It was beautiful, but no bites. We finished the night with a feast of a BBQ and a hilarious game of pictionary.

Two cakes- we couldnt have them share! Jon got decked out in camo for the up and coming hunting season. He'll probably be tell most of you guys but hes pretty excited about what came in the mail
yesterday- tags for some big mammals this fall! We might just have wild meat for the next year. Hopefully it doenst make any of you too sad that he's hunting. We agree that we would rather eat the meat of wild game, than support the awful conditions that we keep our livestock in. Anyway if its hard to take- be vegetarian, or... be happy that we are giving money to protect animals habitat... or just dont think about it.
We had a fun friday after the birthday. Went out to Clear lake- which is beeeuuaatiful! We rented some boats and had lunch on the lake, and boys threw their fishing lines out for a bit.
After the boating, we tried to find some warm springs, but ended up enjoying parts of the McKensie river. Then we pulled off on teh national forest and shot clays. First time ever holding a gun for me. I got one! after i got over being extremely anxious holding that huge thing. Jons a natural. Our last day with Zac and Mel, we hit up the Sisters Rodeo. Yeehaw! If you've never been its a part of Americana culture and you should try and see one where the professional circuit comes through. By golly, it was a darn good time!

We may just have to join you guys up there, God Willing we may be moving up to Forest Grove in a year or so. But ye'all better watch out, im getting me a gun and joining the deer army in a mighty battle against the hunters. Thousands of years of opression and tynanny will not easily be forgotten so i suggest you surrender to us now or pay the ultimate price. Remember, you can take thier lives, but you can never take thier FREEEDOM!!!
