Easter

Heres some pictures of our friends on Easter. We spent the day with the Parlas family- Anthony on the left, heather in the middle and their little nephew. Gary was waiting for his sweet wife to join us, so I dont have a good picture of Courtney- she came later. These are pretty much our best friends here in Bend so we'll try to post some more pictures of them. We missed the family down in California, but it sure was nice to have some family away from family. I think were still hoping that some family will make the move to Oregon at least, if not Bend. Better watch out- people who come here fall in love with it.

So for those of you who were wondering... we finally made it up to Mt Bachelor! Jon and I hit the slopes on saturday and had a blast! I'm still a bit sore from our snowy endeavor. but it was great! IT was snowning on and off all day so the slope conditions were awesome, light powder untouched all over the place. We never once had to wait in any line! very different than tahoe. I really wish you Vail peeps could check it out- maybe next year for a winter/spring visit. Today is back to sunny and bright- probably not too warm maybe high of 60 or so, but we never really know. This week end my Dad will be in Coos Bay , which is a few hours from here on the Oregon Coast and were figuring how we can meet up. I miss my family so much!
