Life rolls on.....

SOoo...

Another week has been experienced in Bend Oregon. More good times have happened. If you would like to hear about the trivial natures of our lives this week then we invite you to keep reading. If not, skip to the end

Monday: Went to work and fairly good day
Tuesday: We had Russ and Heather and family (pastor of our church) over for dinner and had a great time of fellowship and visionieering
Wednesday: We had Antony and Heather over for dinner (our good friends - a weekly endeavor) and went to prayer night
Thursday: Hung out and worked it up
Friday: finished the work week strong and our Roseburg friends Sam and Sarah came for a visit and started the weekend off right
Saturday: Took it easy, went to Deschutes Brewery and had free samples and tour of their set up, ate lunch at Rigobertos, went golfing (the civilized way with Frisbees), raced Sam and John in the 400 meters as fast as I could with no warm up and we all almost puked, spent some time recovering, ate dinner around 9, watched a movie until 1.
Sunday: had a nice breakfast, went to church, took it easy, and am now writing this.

Sweetness. We also aquired 2 new pets. there names are rocky and bulwinkle. they are guppies and care so much about us and provide us with so much inner warmth (maybe). They live with our frog, Spike in the mini tank (2.5 gallons). But as you probably realized, we have a significant problem, there are two members of our house with the mane Rocky (1. rocky the dog and 2. rocky the guppie). But... then again there are 2 people named Jo(h)n in the house so we are going to take our chances that they will live in peace with one another. (note** rocky is the gray blur and bulwinkle is the orange blur). Also, just a thought-- do fish feel wet?

It was awesome to spend some time with Sam and Sarah!! and we are excited to be able to live close to them.

Alright, so not that many people have voted... but they have already sprouted!! Today was a great day! We woke up to a tiny flowering........ well folks- I'm not totally sure which one it is- its so little. it could be a baby nastursium, or a baby poppy. I planted the same guys in one pot. But I'll let you know as soon as I know. Later in the day we had 3 sprouts from all the tomato pots, and one from the daisies! man, it was a good day, exciting times.
